Alta Pacifica has one of the very best views on The Sea Ranch. A perfect retreat for one, two, or three couples. Enter through large, etched glass, double doors into the Great Room and immediately a very generous stretch of the Northern Coast of California comes into view. A large deck, with fabulous views, stretches across the front of the Great Room. To one side, a large study that incorporates two work areas and access to the hot tub deck. To the other side, the dining area and the dream kitchen, an outdoor dining deck with gas BBQ is located just off the kitchen. A “mud room” with bathroom is accessed through the kitchen. One of the three bedroom/baths is located on the ground floor. The other two are upstairs.
