Step inside and the views immediately take center stage. The expansive open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and a breathtaking 180-degree panorama overlooking the stables and stretching along the north and south coast. The elegant yet inviting furnishings make it easy to settle in and stay awhile.

A separate television area, tucked behind a half wall, offers comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a 64-inch Smart TV. Across the room, the dining area is surrounded by windows and opens through sliding glass doors onto a spacious deck with outdoor furniture, an ideal spot to enjoy the fresh coastal air and ever-changing scenery.

The gourmet kitchen is designed for both cooking and gathering, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, a large island with a gas cooktop and barstools, a separate bar area, and a generous pantry.

The king-bed primary bedroom is conveniently located between the dining room and kitchen. Sliding glass doors open to a private deck with stairs leading down to the hot tub and backyard. The spacious modern primary bath features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and towel warmer, while the walk-through closet provides plenty of room to unpack and settle in.
