Benemy is a warm, comfortable home with a stunning 180-degree view towards the ocean and the roar of the ocean to lull you to sleep. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the great room that includes two walls of windows and sliding door to the deck with hot tub. The trail across the street takes you to the expansive bluff trail and nearby is Shell Beach. Benemy’s corner lot allows for privacy, with no neighbors on three sides. From the entry left is the Master Bedroom, which includes a king bed, en suite bath, desk work area with excellent Wi-Fi, reading area, and sliding doors to the deck and hot tub. The guest bedroom is to the right of the entry and has a king bed and a western ocean view. Living, dining and kitchen are combined in a great room that faces south, including media center, swivel chairs (so you can enjoy the view or a movie), dining table (perhaps you will glimpse whales while eating dinner), and a wood stove as the source of heat for this area. The kitchen is well equipped and has all stainless appliances. There are spiral stairs to a loft that contains a “get-away” area to read or play games with sofa/chaise, coffee table, chair, and lamps. The deck and hot tub are on the east side of the house and well protected from the wind, with built in seating and table/four chairs. Pets are permitted (dog bowls and an extra leash are available).
