Oceanhaus is a Premier Oceanfront home with white-water ocean views from all rooms.  There are three large bedrooms with king beds, each with their own full bathroom and a bunk room with three twin beds. Six adults and up to three children (all ages) and pets allowed.

Oceanhaus is a refined oceanfront retreat with spectacular sweeping white-water views.  It is a three-level reverse floor plan home. Just as you enter through the gate, there is a large hot tub and enclosed area for your dog. Through the front door and to the left of the entryway down the hall are two master bedrooms with king beds, and newly renovated bathrooms, both with beautiful walk-in showers. To the right of the entryway, there is a staircase leading to the second and third floor floors. Up the first flight of stairs and down the hallway there is a third bedroom with a king bed and beautiful ocean views. There are bookshelves filled with books for the guest who wants to curl up and read. There is also a full bedroom in the hallway with a combined tub and shower. Up the second staircase takes you to the spacious great room, which includes the comfortable living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, children’s bunk room, and a half-bath. Just off the living room is a deck with a table for dining and gas barbecue.

Oceanhaus is perfectly positioned along the Bluff with sweeping Pacific views, direct access to the iconic coastal Trail, and adjacent to the Sea Ranch Golf Links. Oceanhaus blends elevated comfort with the quiet beauty that defines northern California’s coastline.

The home was thoughtfully designed for families and groups. The light filled living space invites you to slow down and settle in.  Expensive windows frame, dramatic ocean vistas, while the architectural rock, gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere after a day of exploration. Gather for movie nights around the 65-inch TV, sip wine while whale watching, or simply enjoy the ever-changing Pacific sky from the comfort of the sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for effortless entertainment, complete with everything needed for relaxed breakfasts, holiday dinners, or sunset meals with friends and family. Step outside onto the deck to grill fresh local seafood while taking in the ocean air and sounds of the Surf.

There is a garage available for Guests with an EV charger and plenty of parking in the spacious driveway.
