Starscape House / Unit 31 Lot 5 / TOT 4120N / Hillside / Premier / 6-person occupancy, adults only. Three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen), 2.5 bath, separate office. High speed internet access, radiant heat, wood-burning fireplace (must not be used during fire season), 65″ Smart LG OLED flat screen TV with Sonos surround sound system in living room, washer/dryer, multiple decks and outdoor areas with furniture.

Starscape has one of the best views in all of The Sea Ranch with unobstructed, white-water views extending for miles. This very private home boasts a two-level, spilt-floor plan, 6-person occupancy, with 3 bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen) and 2.5 baths. There is also a separate office with a spectacular view, off the dining room.

Eight skylights, large picture windows, and wood vaulted ceilings fill the home with natural light and passive solar warmth. Sumptuous linens are included. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Wolf, Subzero, Thermador, and Bosch appliances will delight any chef, and the center island and bar, all clad in quartzite, provide ample workspace. In addition to a Techni Vorm drip-coffee maker, there is also a Nespresso machine and pods, for those of you needing an extra pick up in the mornings. The home also has radiant heat and high-speed internet.

There is a large, oceanside raised deck and patio on grade, along with a protected courtyard patio. The contemporary, open floor plan is beautifully furnished with stunning artwork, but the real showstopper is the view! Oak hardwood floors and hand knotted carpets are underfoot for complete comfort. The master bedroom has a full en suite, with a large soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. The two downstairs bedrooms both have window seats and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The house is very elegant, yet comfortable and private. Spend some time stargazing and listening to the waves. It doesn’t get much better than this.
