Welcome to Crow’s Nest, a stunning and spacious two-level ocean front home in the south end of The Sea Ranch. Crow’s Nest has a reversed-floor plan. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, including the master suite which is a private haven, featuring a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, walk-in shower, and even a bidet! The master suite has its’ own entrance to the expansive solarium, in which the large hot tub is only a few steps away. The second and third bedrooms are separated by a shared bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. The smaller of these two bedrooms has a queen bed and a view of the front courtyard. The third bedroom overlooks the meadow, and the ocean is visible through the trees on the bluff trail. This bedroom has ample space and features a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a double bed on the bottom. There is also a second twin bed in this room, as well as a private entrance to the large solarium.

When you get to the top of the large staircase, you are greeted by an expansive open-concept living area that boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to pour in and offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. There is a picturesque view of an arched-rock formation directly in front of the living room windows. The living room is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring comfortable seating for everyone, a 50″ flat-screen TV, a game table, and a large wood-burning fireplace, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dining area, located on the southwest corner of the house, has a table spacious enough for the whole group to enjoy meals, with the sound of the waves as your backdrop. Between the dining area and kitchen is a sliding door to a lovely deck where morning coffee can be enjoyed or perhaps a glass of wine, while cooking some rib eye steaks on the gas BBQ. The adjacent, fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything needed to cook delicious meals. There is a spacious island with bar seating and plenty of counter space for everyone to participate in the meal preparation. Just off the kitchen, through a foyer, is the fourth bedroom. This is the perfect spot for someone needing a little quiet time, away from the group. This bedroom has windows on all three walls and features a 32″ TV with a DVD player. Just outside the bedroom is the bathroom which has a separate shower a few feet away. In the foyer is an armoire with a plethora of different board games and puzzles for everyone to enjoy.

Crow’s Nest is the perfect escape for a couple, a family, or a group of friends. The Bluff Trail is only steps away and offers opportunities for hiking, bird watching, or whale spotting. Whether you are looking to relax by the ocean, explore the rugged coastline, or immerse yourself in the natural beauty of The Sea Ranch, Crow’s Nest is the perfect base for your adventures.
